成熟期白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术临床观察

目的观察成熟期白内障患者行超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术的疗效、安全性以及对全身病的影响。方法2007年至2012年5年间共89例（98只眼）成熟期白内障患者于表面麻醉下行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术。术前常规检查，术中严密监测全身情况，术后观察视力恢复情况。结果术后随访2-24个月，视力在0．05-0．3者4只眼（4．1％），视力在0．3-0．5者29只眼（29．6％），视力在0．5-1．0者65只眼（66．3％）。结论成熟期白内障患者因其眼部条件、高龄、常常伴有全身性疾病等特点，眼部手术存在一定风险，但是经过充分术前准备、术中及术后密切观察，积极有效处理，白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术是安全有效的。

Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation for mature stage senile cataract

Objective In this study we assessed the therapeutic effects and safety of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation in treating mature stage senile cataract. Methods Phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation was performed in 98 eyes from 89 patients under surface anesthesia. Results Follow-up period was 2 months to 24 months. Vision acuity was better than 0.5 in 65 eyes （ 66.3 % ）, 0.3 - 0.5 in 29 eyes （ 29.6% ）, and lower than 0.3 in 4 eyes （4. 1% ）. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation is effective in treating mature stage senile cataract.
