眼表异物的漏诊误诊分析

目的总结眼表异物的临床特点，分析误诊、漏诊的原凶，为今后避免此类情况的发生积累经验。方法通过对以往病例资料的分析，总结眼表异物的临床特点以及漏诊误诊的原因。结果82例眼表异物误诊为角膜炎12例，结膜炎23例、角膜上皮擦伤7例，漏诊40例。异物大多为细小、颜色偏淡的小异物，斟个体小、位置隐蔽常被漏诊。结论凡是有异物进入眼部病史或有眼部异物感反复发作的患者，应详细询问病史，并在裂隙灯显微镜下仔细检查，避免漏诊误诊。

Results 82 cases were misdiagnosed as keratitis 12 cases, conjunctivitis 23 cases, corneal epithelium bruises 7 cases, the missed diagnosis 40cases. Most foreign bodies are small and lighi-color,because of individual small and position is often missed. Conclusion Anyone with a foreign body Into the eye or sensation repeated attacks of patients, should be detailed history, and carefully check the diagnosis under the slit-lamp microscnpe, avoid misdiagnosis.
