| 摘 要： | 治疗观察１１２例排卵障碍性不孕症，西医组５５例采用人工周期及克罗社酚治疗；中西医组５７例同时加服活血补肾汤加减。治疗６个月经周期观察疗效，结果中西医结合治疗在恢复排卵，提高妊娠方面优于单纯西医治疗（Ｐ〈０．０１）。提示中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症。可收到近期明显的效果。

| Abstract: | cases of sterility due to anovulation were treated in different therapies.55 case in WM group were treated with artificial menstrual cycle and clomiphene,and 57 cases in TCM WM group were treated with the same therapy combined with Modified Huoxue Bushen Tang(Decoction for Activating Blood And Tonifiying Kidney).The observation on the treatment of six menstrual cycle showed that the effect in TCM WM group was better than that in WM group,including the returning of ovulation and the increasing of pregnancy rate.It indicates that the TCM WM therapy is effective for sterility due to anovulation. |
