| 摘 要： | 目的明确深圳市福田区社区卫生服务筹资结构。方法2005年3月查阅卫生统计年鉴获得福田区社区卫生服务财政投入情况,结合31家社区卫生服务机构2004年收支明细表,明确福田区社区卫生服务筹资结构。结果社区卫生服务机构收入主要由政府财政投入与业务收入两大部分构成,2004年31家社区卫生服务中心政府补助2413.23万元,业务收入4099.31万元。结论社区卫生服务补偿的主要渠道是业务收入,要加大政府财政对社区卫生服务的针对性投入。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To define the structure of raising founds for community health service (CHS) in Futian District of Shenzhen city.Methods In March 2005 the financial investment for CHS of Futian district was obtained by retrieval of Health Statistics Annuals,then according to the data of revenues and expenditures of 31 institutions of CHS in 2004 the structure of raising founds for CHS in Futian District of Shenzhen was defined.Results The incomes of CHS institutions were mainly the governmental financial investment and service revenue.In 2004 in 31 CHS institutions the governmental subsidy was RMB 24 132 300 yuan and the service revenue was RMB 40 993 100 yuan.Conclusion The main compensation of CHS is service revenue,the governmental financial investment for CHS should be enhanced. |
