64层CT血管成像技术在颅内脑血管病变诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨64层螺旋cT血管成像技术在颅内脑血管病变中的诊断价值。方法 对160例疑脑血管病变、脑动脉瘤术后的患者行cT血管成像检查。采用多平面重组、最大强度投影和容积再现进行图像后处理。由2名放射科医师共同对原始及重组图像进行分析。结果 44例显示异常,其中动脉瘤21例,动脉瘤支架术后1例,夹闭术4例,动静脉畸形3例,烟雾病4例,颈内动脉海绵窦瘘4例,静脉窦血栓4例,直窦闭塞伴永存镰状窦1例,大脑大静脉和直窦瘤样扩张1例,永存舌下动脉1例。结论 64层螺旋CT对多种颅内脑血管病的诊断具有肯定价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography(CTA) in the evaluation of intracranial cerebral vascular disease.Methods 160 cases with suspected cerebral vascular disease underwent CTA with 64-slice spiral CT.Two dimensional and three dimensional reformation were performed in all cases including multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP),volume rendering(VR).Both axial and reformatted images were analyzed by two radiologists.Results 44 cases of 160 were diagnosed as abnormal,including 21 aneurysm,1 post-intravascular stent,4 cliped aneurysm,3 arteriovenous malformation,3 moyamoya disease,4 carotid-cavernous fistula,4 venous sinus thrombus,straight sinus occlusion with perpetual falcial sinus,1 great cerebral venous aneurysm,1 perpetual sublingual artery.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CTA is a valuable diagnostic method for various intracranial cerebral vascular disease.
