| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT及多平面重建对颅内脂肪瘤的诊断价值,提高对颅内脂肪瘤的认识。方法:回顾性分析14例颅内脂肪瘤患者的多层螺旋CT表现及多平面重建图像表现。结果:颅内脂肪瘤多层螺旋CT特征性表现为中线及附近的脂肪密度影,CT值-25～-120Hu,平均-61.6Hu,病灶边界清楚,无明显占位效应。多平面重建图像能清楚显示肿瘤形态、大小、合并的畸形及与周围结构的关系,能全面、立体地显示病变特征。结论:多层螺旋CT及多平面重建技术在诊断颅内脂肪瘤中有很高的临床应用价值,其多平面重建技术可以任一平面重建图像,能与MRI相媲美,弥补了轴位CT图像的不足。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diognostic value of multislice CT and multi-planar reconstruction in intracranial lipomas in order to improve the understanding of this disease.
