肝功能不全病人术后早期肠内营养疗效观察

目的 观察肝功能不全病人术后早期肠内、肠外营养的疗效。方法 将60例肝胆手术后肝功能不全病人随机分为两组，分别于术后12小时进行肠内和肠外营养，共7天，观察肝功能、营养状况及胃肠道功能的变化。结果 两组病人的营养状况及肝功能均显著改善，与术前相比差异显著（P〈0．01），组间差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论 肝功能不全病人术后早期进行肠内营养安全、有效且费用较低，能促进胃肠功能早期恢复。

Therapeutic effects of early postoperative enteral nutrition for patients with hepatic dysfunction

Objective To understand the efficacy of enteral nutrition(EN) and total parenteral nutrition(TPN) on patients with hepatic dysfunction in the early postoperation.Methods 60 patients with hepatic dysfunction resulting from the operation on liver and biliary diseases were divided at random into two groups,30 patients receiving EN and 30 patients receiving TPN,from 12 hours to 7 days after operation.The changes of hepatic function and condition of nutrition were measured,and the changes of gastroenteric function were observed.Results The hepatic function and condition of nutrition of two groups improved significantly(P<0.01).There as no different effect between the two groups.Conclusion It is safe and effective that patients with hepatic dysfunction are given EN in the early postoperation,and the cost of EN is cheaper than TPN.
