摘    要:目的:探讨两种类型胎儿生长受限(FGR)影响因素的差异。方法:对185名FGR产妇(匀称型FGR132名,不匀称型FGR53名)和185名正常对照组产妇进行调查,内容包括:产妇一般情况、既往疾病史、本次妊娠情况等,用多分类Logistic回归分析比较两类FGR影响因素的差异。结果:与匀称型FGR有关的因素是产妇的产前体重(OR=0.909,P〈0.01)、孕周(OR=0.526,P〈0.01)、身高低(OR=3.640,P〈0.05)、产妇患妊娠高血压(OR=6.193,P〈0.05)和胎盘重量轻(OR=9.407,P〈0.01)。与不匀称型FGR有关的因素是产前体重(OR=0.913,P〈0.01)和胎盘重量轻(OR=12,781,P〈0,01)。结论:两种类型FGR的影响因素不同,应分别有针对性的采取防治措施。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the difference of influence factors between symmetric and asymmetric fetal growth retardation(FGR).Methods:185 FGR cases(132 symmetric FGR and 53 asymmetric FGR)and 185 controls were inquired about their mother's demographic,obstetric and medical factors etc.Multinomial logistic regression was conducted for identifying the influence factors of symmetric and asymmetric fetal growth retardation.Results:Antepartum weight(OR=0.909,P<0.01),the week of gestation(OR=0.526,P<0.01),low maternal height(OR=3.640,P<0.05),pregnancy-induced hypertension(OR=6.193,P<0.05)and low placental weight(OR=9.407,P<0.01)were significantly associated with symmetric FGR.Antrpartum weight(OR=0.913,P<0.01)and low placental weight(OR=12.781,P<0.01)were significantly associated with asymmetric FGR.Conclusion:The influence factors of the two types of FGR were different and different measures should be taken to prevent and control the occurrence of them.
