| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨生长抑素作用下胆囊癌细胞分裂周期的变化。方法：选择梯度浓度的生长抑素作用于人胆囊癌细胞株，观察浓度依赖性生长曲线；同时，运用流式细胞仪观察胆囊癌细胞周期在生长抑素作用下的变化。结果：随生长抑素浓度的递增；胆囊癌细胞株的生长逐步受到抑制（P＜0．05）。生长抑素作用后1d，胆囊癌细胞周期停滞于S期，随后，细胞凋亡率明显上升。结论：生长抑素在较高浓度下能够抑制胆囊癌细胞的生长，其机制在早期为诱导生长停滞，随后则诱导细胞凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of somatostatin on the cycle of gallbladder cancer cell line.Methods:The growth curves of gallbladder cancer cell line were studied after treatment with gradient concentration of somatostatin and the change of gallbladder cancer cell cycle was studied using flow cytometry.Results:Concentration-dependent growth inhibition of somatostatin was detected in the gallbladder cancer cell line(P<0.05).Twentyfour hours after treatment with somatostatin,growth was found to arrest in S phase,followed by increment of apoptosis index.Conclusions:Somatostatin in higher concentration can inhibit the growth of gallbladder cancer cell line in vitro.It results from causing growth arrest in S phase apoptosis. |
