| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微血管减压术(microvascular dcconlprcssion，MVD)治疗老年三叉神经痛的效果和安全性。方法回顾分析了27例65岁以上老年三叉神经痛患者微血管减压术后的疗效及其并发症，并与同时期65岁以下患者相比较。结果本组27例患者术后25例疼痛完全消失．2例疼痛减轻．用常规止痛药治疗症状得到控制。对照组术后疼痛全部消失，但术后低颅压症状年龄轻者表现突出．且持续时间长。结论结合现代有效的围手术期处理，用MVD可治愈或缓解老年三叉神经痛。

| Abstract: | Objective To estimate the efficacy and safety of microvascular decompression(MVD) for trigeminal neuralgia in elderly.Methods 27 cases of trigeminal neuralgia in elderly were retrospectively reviewed including their operative result and complication,and compared with those younger patients.Results After operation,25 cases the pain disappear,2 cases have pain relief and take common analgetic.All younger patients have good result,no one complaint postoperaion pain. However,younger patients have more serious postoperation low intracranial pressure symptom than elderly.Conclusion MVD could provide pain relief for most trigeminal neuralgia in elderly who is fit for general anesthesia together with modern perioperative treatment. |
