血清C反应蛋白水平与脑梗死预后的关系

目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度的变化及其对预后的影响。方法:随机选择87例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)、28例腔隙性脑梗死患者(腔梗组)和50例健康体检者(对照组),进行血清CRP含量测定,计算其异常率并进行比较。按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准(NDS)对患者评分。结果:脑梗死组CRP含量高于腔梗组,腔梗组高于对照组(均P<0.01);脑梗死组的CRP异常率高于腔梗组(P<0.05);CRP异常的患者NDS评分的改善低于CRP正常组,且CRP异常者预后中,无变化和死亡的发生率明显高于正常组对照者(均P<0.01)。结论:CRP水平是临床评价脑梗死严重程度和预后的一个重要的生物学指标。

Relationship between serum level of C-reactive protein and prognosis of cerebral infarction

Objective:To investigate the serum level of C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:115 patients (87 with thrombosis and 28 with lacunar infarction)and 50 healthy persons as control were enrolled in this study.The serum level and abnormal rate of CRP were determined.All the patients were scored by clinic neurological function deficit scale (NDS).Results:The serum level of CRP in the patients with thrombosis was higher than tahat in the patients with lacunar infarction,it was also higher in the patients with lacunar infarction than in normal controls(all P<0.01).Higher abnormal rate of CRP was found in the patients with thrombosis than in the patients with lacunar infarction(P<0.05).The group with abnormal serum level of CRP had lower score of NDS and worse prognosis (all P<0.01).Conclusion:The serum level of CRP is on important biological marker to evaluate the severity and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
