| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨天花粉蛋白对正常人外周血淋巴细胞亚群免疫调节作用机理。方法 :采用单克隆抗体直接免疫荧光法、流式细胞术检测天花粉蛋白对人外周血 CD4+ 、CD8+ 和 CD2 0 + T淋巴细胞亚群的作用。结果 :天花粉蛋白可使正常人外周血 CD4+和 CD2 0 + T淋巴细胞百分比升高 ,CD8+ T细胞百分比下降 ,从而使 CD4+ /CD8+ 比值增大。结论 :天花粉蛋白具有增强体液免疫功能的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of trichosanthin on lymphocyte subsets and investigate its immune regulatory mechanism.Methods:The percentage of CD 4 +,CD 8 +,CD 20 +lymphocytes as well as CD 4 +/CD 8 + ratio were analyzed using flow cytometry (FCM). Results:Both the percentage of CD 4 +and CD 20 +lymphocytes increased and the percentage of CD 8 +lymphocytes decreased under the influence of trichosanthin, thus CD 4 +/CD 8 +ratio increased. Conclusion:Trichosanthin can improve humoral immunity. |
