摘    要:目的 比较HPLC和UV法测定氧氟沙星注射液的含量。方法 采用HPLC法,以氧氟沙星为对照品,检测波长为293nm,甲醇:枸橼酸(0.05mol/L):乙腈:醋酸铵溶液(0.05mol/L):10g/L磷酸(100:75:22:1:2)为流动相;采用UV法:用0.1mol/L盐酸作溶剂,测定波长293nm,吸光系数为927。结果 HPLC法的平均回收率为99.44%,RSD为0.83%;UV法测得平均回收率为97.96%,RSD 1.31%。结论 HPLC法结果准确,精密度、重现性均好,与UV法比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05);HPLC法可替代UV法作为该制剂的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To relative the difference of determining the content of ofloxacin injection by the HPLC and UV methods. Methods Use the method of HPLC, use ofloxacin for contront, determining wave-length for 293nm. Use the mobile phase by methanol: citrio acid (0. 05 mol/L): acetonitrile : ammonium acetate solution (0. 05mol/L) : 10g/L phosphoric acid (100 : 75 : 22 : 1 : 2); use UV method: use 0. 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid for dissolvent, determining wave-length for 293nm, E292lem=927. Results The averary recovery for HPLC method was 99. 44% , RSD 0. 83% , the averary recovery for UV method was 97. 96% , RSD 1.31%. Conclusion The result of the HPLC method is accurate, the precision and the repro-ducibility are all well. The HPLC method have significant individual difference from the UV method (P<0. 05) . The HPLC method can replace the UV method for determining the content of ofloxacin injection.
