腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用研究

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床价值和安全性。方法：回顾分析2006年2月～2010年2月期间我科行胆囊切除术患者的临床资料，其中行腹腔镜胆囊切除术105例（观察组），开腹胆囊切除术100例（对照组）。结果：观察组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后进食时间及术后住院时间等方面，与对照组比较差异存在显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后进食旱及术后住院时间短等优点，具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical study of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective： To discuss the clinical effects and safety of laparoscopy cholecystectomy. Methods： Retrospective analysis the cases with cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2006 to February 2010. 105 cases in observation group which were undergoing laparoscopy cholecystectomy ,100 cases in control group which were undergoing open cholecystectomy. Results： Two groups of patients in operative time, blood loss, postoperative eating time, postoperative hospital stay, etc., were significantly different （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Laparoscopy cholecystectomy has shorter surgical duration, less blood loss, earlier postoperative eating time, shorter hospitalization time in comparison with open cholecystectomy.
