乳腺病变MRI检查与全数字化钼靶摄影的对比研究

目的 比较研究MRI与全数字化X线钼靶摄像(FFDM)发现病变及良恶性病变鉴别方面的诊断能力.方法 收集2007年2月～2008年10月间41例47个病灶(恶性20,良性27)乳腺病变患者,术前及病理检查前均经过MRJ检查及全数字化乳腺摄影;检查序列T1WI、T2WI的压脂、DWI及3DTHRIVE动态增强.结果 将影像检查结果与手术病理检查对照,二者的检出率分别为97.87%(46/47)、74.46%(35/47)(P<0.01);两种检查方法对恶性病变敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为70.00%(14/20)、80.00%(24/27)(P>0.05),62.96%(17/27)、88.89%(24/27)(P<0.05),65.96%(31/47)、85.11%(40/47)(P<0.05).结论 乳腺病变检查各项指标相比较,MRI优于FFDM,二者间有显著差异.

Comparison of full-field digital mammography and magnetic resonance imaging for breast disease diagnosis
