| 摘 要： | 针对当代医学研究生中存在的缺乏诚信的现象，本文重点分析其成因，如研究生自身素质的缺陷、就业压力过大等，并就此展开论述；探讨在新时期应如何加强医学研究生诚信教育，如发挥导师的引导作用、加强就业规范化管理、建立诚信档案等。
