需手术治疗骨盆骨折患者的护理对策

目的探讨需手术治疗的骨盆骨折患者的护理对策。方法对需手术治疗的62名骨盆骨折患者进行术前、术后以及合并伤的护理与观察。结果1例因出血过多，经抢救无效死亡；1例伤口感染；1例外固定支架针眼感染。随访58例骨盆骨折均骨性愈合。结论骨盆骨折术前及术后早期是护理的重点和难点，只有通过严密观察和精心护理，才能减少并发症，提高抢救成功率。

The nursing strategy of the operative pelvis fracture patients

Objective To explore the nursing strategy of the operative pelvis fracture. Method Nursing care and observation were performed on sixty-two patients with pelvic fracture before and after operation and nursing care and observation of associated injury were performed on them as well. Results One case died of bleeding in spite of the rescuing treatments, one case was wound infected, one case was infected by external fixation, and 58 follow-up cases were bone union. Conclusion The key period of the pelvic fracture nursing care is preoperative and early postoperative. The complication can be reduced by careful observation and nursing, and the survival rate of rescue can be increased as well.
