骨科开放性伤口感染病原菌分布及其耐药性分析

目的探讨开放性骨外伤患者发生细菌感染的病原菌分布及耐药情况。方法回顾性分析武汉市第五医院2009年1月至2012年12月骨科开放性骨外伤感染患者的伤口感染情况,统计其分离出的病原菌和体外药敏试验。结果 245例患者有150例培养出阳性细菌,其中革兰氏阴性杆菌95株,主要以大肠埃希菌多见,革兰氏阳性球菌55株,主要以金黄色葡萄球菌多见。细菌对不同的抗生素均有不同的耐药率。结论对骨外科感染患者尽早进行病原学监测和耐药性分析,对控制抗生素合理使用,预防院内感染有重要的意义。

Distribution and drug resistance of pathogens isolated from open wound in orthopedic patients.

Objective To explore the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens isolated from open wound in orthopedic patients. Methods The patients treated with open surgical procedure from January 2009 to De- cember 2012 were enrolled in the study. The incidence of the wound infections were retrospectively investigated, and the bacterial cultures and antibiotics sensitivity were analyzed. Results There were totally 245 patients with wound infections and 150 cases were found with the positive bacterial culture, including 95 strains of gram-negative bacilli, mainly Escherichia coli and 55 strains of gram-positive cocci, mainly Staphylococcus aureus. Different pathogens had different drug-resistance. Conclusion The distribution and drug resistance of pathogens should be detected as soon as possible to use antibiotics rationally and decrease hospital infections.
