摘    要:目的探讨血气分析仪测定动脉全血标本和生化分析仪测定静脉血清标本血钾、血钠结果之间有无差异。方法分别使用GEM Premier 3000血气分析仪和罗氏Modolar DPP全自动生化分析仪测定动脉全血标本和静脉血清标本血钾、血钠浓度,然后对检测结果进行配对t检验和直线回归分析,并且按照美国实验室修正法规(CLIA'88)规定的室间质量评价标准允许总误差(Total error allowance,TEa)的1/2作为判断标准,判断两个不同检测系统之间测定的结果有无差异。结果血气分析仪测定血钾、血钠结果比全自动生化分析仪略低,配对t检验显示两者结果之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),但是两者之间有显著相关性,相关系数分别为0.998 5、0.993 0,预期误差都小于1/2TEa,该偏差在可接受范围内。结论临床上可使用血气分析仪测定血钾、血钠作为参考,但应注意其检测结果与全自动生化分析仪结果仍存在一定的差异。

Abstract:Objective To investigate whether there is any difference of blood potassium and blood sodium between using blood gas analyzer to determine arterial whole blood sample and using biochemistry analyzer to deter- mine venous serum samples. Methods Use GEM Premier 3000 blood gas analyzer and Roche Modolar DPP full au- tomatic biochemical analyzer to determine blood potassium and blood sodium density of arterial whole blood sample and venous serum sample. Results The concentration of blood potassium and blood sodium determined by blood gas analyzer was lower than that determined by full automatic biochemical analyzer (P〈0.01), however, there is signifi- cant correlation. The expected tolerance was smaller than 1/2 Tea, and this deviation was within the allowable range. Conclusion Blood gas analyzer can be used to determine blood potassium and blood sodium as reference, but should be noticed that it's different from the result determined by full automatic biochemical analyzer.
