米力农对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血清TNF-α、IL-6的影响

目的探讨米力农对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）急性加重期患者心功能及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）水平的影响。方法选择我科诊治的50例CHF急性加重期患者纳入研究组,50例健康体检者纳入对照组,研究组给予米力农治疗10 d,比较治疗前后患者心功能变化及两组研究对象血清TNF-α、IL-6水平的差异。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92.00%（46/50）,超声心动图提示LVEDd及LVEF均较治疗前显著改善（P〈0.05）;研究组患者治疗后血清TNF-α和IL-6水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0.05）。结论米力农可以在一定程度上改善CHF患者的心功能,降低血清TNF-α、IL-6水平。

Effects of milrinone on cardiac function and the serum levels of TNF-a and IL-6 in patients with chronic heart failure.

Objective To study the effects of milrinone on cardiac function and the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor a （TNF-a） and interleukin-6 （IL-6） in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） in acute aggravation status. The study group were given milrinone for 10 d. The cardiac function and the serum levels of TNF-ct and IL-6 before and after the av.aanent were compared with the control group. Results After aeatment, the total effective rate in the study group was 92.00% （46/50）, and the LVEDd and LVEF were significantly improved than those before treat- ment （P〈0.05）; after treatment, there were still significant difference in the serum TNF-a and IL-6 levels in study group with the Control group （P〈0.05）, but there were significant improvement than before treaanent （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Milrinone can improve cardiac function in CHF patients, and reduce the levels of serum TNF-ct and IL-6.
