高职院校大学生急救知识技能掌握现状调查分析

摘    要:目的了解高职院校大学生急救知识技能的掌握水平。方法采用自制调查问卷对1 300名高职大学生从急救知识技能获取途径、掌握现状、培训需求及培训方式意愿等方面进行调查。结果发放问卷1 300份,回收1 291份,回收率为99.3%,有效问卷1 226份,有效率为95.0%。87.5%的大学生无急救培训经历,对核心急救知识技能问题回答正确率较有急救培训经历的大学生明显偏低(P〈0.05)。95%的大学生认为急救知识技能培训有价值,87.6%的大学生对心肺复苏、止血技术较感兴趣,66.2%的大学生更喜欢分批小组急救培训方式,67.3%的大学生认为理论+实践的授课方式最好。结论高职院校大学生急救知识技能掌握水平较低,培训组织欠缺。学校应采用合理的教学形式大力开展大学生急救知识技能培训提高其自救互救能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the grasp of first aid knowledge in higher vocational college students. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was applied to investigate the access channels, present situation, training needs and training methods desired for first aid knowledge in 1 300 higher vocational college students. Results A to- tal of 1 291 of the 1 300 questionnaires responded, with the response rate of 99.3%. Among the I 291 questionnaires, 1 226 were valid and the effective rate was 95.0%. 87.5% of the students has no experiences of first-aid, and their cor- rect rate of answering questions was significantly lower than that of the students has experiences (P〈0.05). 95% of the students regarded that first-aid skills were valuable, 87.6% of the students were interested in cardiwpulmonary resusci- tation and hemostatic techniques, 66.2% would like to get customized schedule for training and 67.3% prefer theory and practice teaching mode. Conclusion The grasp of first aid knowledge is in low level among higher vocational college students. Reasonable form of teaching should be organized to train the first-aid knowledge and skills, and to improve the abilities of self care and mutual aid in the vocational college.
