314指的断指分型及再植方法临床分析

目的分析断指的临床分型及选择再植的方法。方法对225例314指分成8种类型：甲根以远离断、甲根以近离断、合并组织缺损离断、多平面离断、多指离断、旋转撕脱离断、脱套离断伤、小组织块离断。根据每种类型的不同,采取相应的再植方法。结果 314指再植术后存活306指,成活率为97.5%。术后随访3个月至2年,功能恢复优良率为90.4%。结论正确判断分型,选择最佳手术方法是保证手术成功的提供重要的重要前提。

Clinical analysis of the classification and operation methods for the replantation of 314 amputated fingers.

Objective To summary the classification and operation method for the replantation of 314 ampu- tated fingers. Methods A total of 314 amputated fingers in 225 cases were classified to 8 types. According to the type, the proper surgical methods were chosen for replantation of nail root distance amputated finger, nail root of near- by amputated finger, finger amputation with defect of tissue, multiple level finger amputation, multi-finger amputa- tion, rotate amputated trmger, degloving amputated finger, multi-tissue amputation. Results 306 fingers survived, with the successful rate of 97.3%. Regular follow-up were done with a period of 3 months to 2 years, and the excellent and good rate was 90.3%. Conclusion It was very important for successful surgical rate of amputated fingers to cor- rectly estimate the classification and choose the ideal surgical procedures according to classification.
