| 摘 要： | 本文报道采用框式喉部份切除术治疗喉癌１０例取得良好的治疗效果。随诊１～８年病人全部存活，无复发病例，喉功能保全好，提示该术式为治疗喉癌的一种新方法。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the successful treatments of ten cases of laryngeal cancer with frame laryngectomy.The patients` laryngeal function perfectly recovered and no tumor recurrence was found by the follow up of 1 to 8 years.The findings showed that frame laryngectomy could be an ideal curative treament for laryngeal cancer. |
