| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析32例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者的诊治情况。结果32例B超和CT诊断符合率分别为78．1％和84．4％。11例行术中冰冻切片检查，仅有1例与石蜡切片检查结果不符。30例手术治疗。26例行保留肾单位手术。结论影像学是诊断肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的主要方法，CT较B超对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断更、准确。手术治疗应强调保留肾单位，保护肾功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnosis and management of renal angiomyolipoma. Methods The data of 32 patients with RAML from 1994 to 2004 were retrospectively reviewed. Results Of the 32 cases, the positive diagnosis rate of ultrasonography was 78.1% and the rate of CT was 84.4 %. 11 cases were examined by intraoperative frozen section, and 1 case was different from the end conclusions. 30 cases were operated, and 26 cases underwent nephron sparing surgery. Conclusions Manifestations are the main methods to diagnose angiomyolipoma. Computerized tomography is more accurate than uhrasonography. Nephron sparing surgery should be the first choice for surgical treatment of RAML, and renal function should be protected properly. |
