羟基磷灰石喷涂钛质解剖柄股骨假体在全髋关节置换术中的应用

目的对全髋关节置换术(THA)中使用的近端羟基磷灰石喷涂钛质解剖柄股骨假体的手术效果进行评估。方法回顾性分析了采用羟基磷灰石喷涂钛质解剖柄股骨假体对146例178个髋进行的人工THA的资料。对其中130例163个髋关节进行平均51·3个月的随访,通过Harris评分及X线片评价临床效果。结果Harris评分的优良率达94·5%。X线片未见假体松动和骨溶解,假体均达到骨长入性稳定。结论羟基磷灰石喷涂钛质解剖柄股骨假体用于人工THA,短期效果满意。

Short - term Results of Hydroxyapatite Titanium Cementless Anatomical Stems for Primary Cementless Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective To evaluate the short-term results of the hydroxyapatite titanium cementless anatomical stems for primary cementless total hip arthroplasty.Methods Between May 1998 and June 2004,178 cementless total hip arthroplasties (THA) were performed in 146 patients with hydroxyapatite titanium cementless anatomical stems and the alumina ceramic head and 163 THA in 130 patients were followed up at average 51.3 months.The patients were evaluated with Harris hip score and the radiographic analysis.Results No patient had revision surgery and 94.5% of patients had excellent or good results by evaluating with Harris hip score postoperatively.No loosening and periprosthetic osteolysis were found on the follow-up radiographs.All prostheses were well osseointegrated.Conclusion Hydroxyapatite titanium cementless anatomical stems functions fairly well for the primary cementless THA with good clinical and radiographic results in short-term period.
