| 摘 要： | 该文根据城市公立医院的特征,从理论上分析其所有权与经营权分离的经济可行性在于分工产生的收益大于代理成本.通过构建经济理论模型揭示两权分离中代理成本的决定因素,主要是经营者选择机制对经营业绩的评估,并对此进行分析,提出建议.

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the urban public hospitals, the article analyzes the economic feasibility of separating the ownership with the operational right theoretically,relying on the income of the separation are greater than the agency's costs. We reveal the decisive factors in agency cost of separating two rights though making economic theory model, which are the choosing mechanism of operators and evaluation of the operating results. Based on these, we analyze the performances and make the proposals. |
