胰岛素瘤患者围手术期的血糖监测与护理28例

目的　探讨胰岛素瘤患者围手术期的血糖监测与护理方法。方法　回顾分析 2 8例胰岛素瘤患者的病历资料。结果　围手术期正确有效的血糖监测与专科护理 ,可减少患者痛苦 ,促进康复 ,2 8例患者无 1例出现低血糖伤害和高血糖并发的感染 ,均在术后 2周内出院。结论　术前低血糖的监测与护理 ,是诊断、治疗和防止低血糖发作 ,造成不可逆的神经精神损害的关键。术后反跳性高血糖的监测与护理是判断胰腺功能是否恢复 ,减少感染 ,促进康复的有效手段

The Supervision and Nursing of Blood Sugar at Perioperative Period in 28 Patients with Insulinoma

Objective To evaluate the role of supervision of blood sugar and nursing at perioperative period in patients suffered from insulinoma.Methods 28 patients with insulinoma admitted to our hospital were reviewed,and the relevant clinical data were analyzed.Result The patients complained of less pain and were dismissed within two weeks postoperatively because of the effective supervision of blood sugar and nursing.Low blood sugar reaction and infection due to high blood sugar were not found in all 28 patients.Conclusions The preoperative supervision of blood sugar and nursing in insulinoma patients are the keys for diagnosis,treatment of low blood sugar and prevention of irreversible nerve system injury.On the other hand,postoperative supervision of high blood sugar and nursing are effective tools for assessment of pancreatic function,reduction of infection rate and promotion of rehabilitation.
