| 摘 要： | 目的探讨活血接骨膏验方抗炎镇痛作用的疗效及其作用的可能机制。方法建立完全弗氏佐剂诱导大鼠关节炎模型（AA）,以活血接骨膏为治疗组,伤科接骨片为对照组,通过关节炎指数,足趾容积,病理学检查,血清细胞因子测定进行疗效观察。结果活血接骨膏能明显抑制弗氏完全佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节肿胀及病理学改变,降低关节炎指数,降低关节炎模型大鼠血清中异常升高的白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平（P〈0.05）。结论活血接骨膏具有明显抑制炎症细胞因子,控制炎症反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the mechanism of Huoxue Jiegu ointment on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.Methods Wistar rat arthritis model was established by complete Freund′S adjuvan（AA）,some rats ora Huoxue Jiegu ointment in treatment group,the others rats ora Shangke Jiegu tablet in control group.therapeutic effect were observed by arthritis index,toe volume,biopsy and serum cytokine determination.Results The Huoxue Jiegu ointment could significantly inhibit Joint swelling and pathological changes of adjuvant arthritis rats,lower the arthritis index,reduced the levels of serum interleukin-6（IL-6）,Interleukin-8（IL-8）,and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Huoxue Jiegu ointment can Inhibit Inflammatory cytokines,control the inflammatory response. |
