| 摘 要： | 目的：对不同肝脏疾病患者血清NO（x）浓度进行观察。方法：对216例肝病患者血清采用硝酸还原酶法测定NO(x）浓度。结果：急肝炎组NO（x）浓度轻度上升，慢性肝炎组NO(x）明显上升，肝硬化组及肝癌组血清NO(x）浓度上长显著。结论：血清NO(x)浓度上升与肝病严重程度密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the concentration of serum NO (x) in patients with liver diseases.Methods The concentration of serum NO (x) in 216 cases of liver diseases were tested by method of nitric acid reductase.Results The concentration of NO (x) of acute liver diseases group was increased slightly,that of chronic liver diseases group was increased clearly,while that of hepatocirrhosis and liver concer group was increased obviously.Conclusion The increment of serum NO (x) was closely related with serious degree of liver diseases. |
