| 摘 要： | 目的探讨益气升白汤治疗放化疗后白细胞减少症的效果。方法用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法建立小鼠白细胞减少症模型;益气升白汤灌胃7 d,测定用药前后白细胞总数变化;测定小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）含量,做小鼠游泳实验,取胸腺、脾脏,对胸腺指数和脾脏指数进行统计学处理。结果中药组与模型组、西药组在白细胞总数变化、血清SOD含量、游泳时间、胸腺指数和脾脏指数等方面均有显著性差异。结论益气升白汤能明显改善放化疗后白细胞减少症。
