无水乙醇淋巴结注射对肺部恶性肿瘤转移的影响

目的　探讨无水乙醇顺行性淋巴结封闭对肺部恶性肿瘤转移的影响。方法　随机选择72例肺癌患者在术中按照Naruke 肺癌淋巴结分布图, 用无水乙醇注射该病种最易转移的区域淋巴结。另选择TNM相似的肺癌患者, 采用常规手术方法进行手术。术后复查血液中乙醇含量、肝功及复查CT了解注射淋巴结肿大情况, 对两组病例进行统计分析。结果　全组无手术死亡。术后血常规、肝功能、免疫球蛋白等均未见明显异常, 两组乙醇含量比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05), 实验组与对照组生存率比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论　无水乙醇顺行性淋巴结封闭对肺癌转移有较大的影响, 能够达到比较理想的淋巴结清扫目的。

Effect of ethanol injection into lymph node on lung neoplasm metastasis

Objective To study the effect of 95% ethanol injection into lymph node on lung neoplasm metastasis.Methods Between 1996 and 2003,72 patients with lung cancer were injected 95% ethanol into tumor located lymph node that is easy to metastasis in operative.72 patients with lung cancer with resemble TNM were choosen randomly and then were treated by rotutine pneumonectomy.The level of ethand in blood and the liver funetion were measured and the swelling of lymph node injected ethand was assessed by CT in post-operative.And then the data of the two groups were analyzed statistially.Results There was no operative death.There was no difference of the ethanol in blood,blood rotutine and liver function(P>0.05).But there was significant difference of survival rate(P<0.05) between two groups.Conclusions Ethand injection into lymph node has great effect on lung neoplasm netastasis.It's safe effective and can improre post-operative survival rate.
