摘    要:为了解下呼吸道标本不动杆菌的耐药情况,以有助于临床合理用药,我们于1995年1月至1998年12月期间对本院临床下呼吸道标本进行培养,分离鉴定,研究不动杆菌的分离率,并以K-B进行药敏试验,结果:⑴下呼吸道标本中分离到细菌4581株,其中不动杆菌607株占13.3%,在各病原菌中占第2位,且以鲍氏不动杆菌为主(436株),占不动杆菌71.8%;⑵对13种抗生素的耐药监测发现,不动杆菌对亚胺培南、阿

Abstract:Objeetive: To study the drug resistance of Acinetobacter spp. of lower respiratory tract so as to rationalize treatment. Method: (1) Sputum specimens of lower respiratory tract from patients in our hospital were cultured for bacteria and identification between Jan. 1995 to Dec. 1998; (2) Drug susceptibility was determined by K B methods. Result: (1) Four thousand five hundred and eighty one strains of various of bacteria were isolated from specimens of lower respiratory tract. 607 strains (13.3%) of which were Acinetobacter spp. (ranking the second). 436 strains (71.8%) of Acinetobacter spp. were Acinetobacter baumanii ; (2) By determining the drug susceptibility of Acinetobacter spp. to 13 antibiotics, it was found that the resistant rates of bacterium to imipenem, amikacin, ampicilin sulbactam were 2.4%, 8.1% and 10.0%, respectively. The resistant rates to ceftazidime, piperacillin, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin were 11.2%, 16.1%, 16.4% and 16.7%, respectively. The resistant rates to other antibiotics were also high, partly higher than 90%. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to the high isolating rate of Acinetobacter spp. in the lower respiratory tract samples and the high drug resistance, and the role of this bacterium in the lower respiratory tract needs to be studied.
