| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨循证护理在鼻内窥镜手术过程中的应用效果.方法:将160例行鼻内窥镜手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组采用传统护理方法实施护理,观察组采用循证护理的方法实施护理.比较两组疗效.结果:两组术后疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),观察组(加多酶清洗)与对照组(传统清洗)内窥镜器械隐血试验结果比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),观察组(膨胀海绵填塞术腔)与对照组(传统凡士林填塞术腔)术后有关指标变化比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05 ,P＜0.01).结论:循证护理的实施,有效解决了鼻内窥镜手术中的护理问题,提高了鼻内窥镜手术质量.
