| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨艾迪注射液在恶性胸腔积液中的疗效。方法：对42例（治疗组）恶性胸腔积液的病例采用先灌注重组人白细胞介素-2100万Iu后胸腔灌注艾迪注射液100ml＋0．9％氯化钠注射液60ml，每周1次，连用3～4周，并与38例（对照组）胸腔灌注白细跑介素一2200万U＋0．9％氯化钠注射液60ml，每周1次，连用3～4周者进行对比分析。结果：治疗组有效率83．3％，明显高于对照组有效率63．2％（P〈0．05）；KPS评分显效率、有效率分别为23．8％和40．5％，10．5％和21．0％，治疗组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论：艾迪联合重组人白细胞介素-2对治疗胸腔积液有良好的价值，值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of the aidi injection on the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.
