泰州市医学高职新生心理健康状况分析

目的了解泰州医学技术学院08级高职新生的心理健康状况,为学院相关部门做好医学高职新生的心理健康教育工作提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对泰州医学技术学院08级新生580人进行调查,将SCL-90各因子与国内青年常模和大学生常模进行比较,并对不同性别、不同生源地的学生进行比较。结果(1)08级医学高职新生与国内青年常模比较,强迫和恐怖两个因子显著高于常模(P<0.01),精神病性因子高于常模(P<0.05);(2)躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、敌对、偏执五个因子低于常模(P<0.01)。(3)与大学生常模比较,除了恐怖因子外,其余各因子均低于大学生常模(P<0.01)。(4)男女生心理健康状况总体大致相同(P>0.05),女生焦虑、抑郁和恐怖高于男生(P<0.05)。(5)城镇学生的心理健康状况明显优于农村学生(P<0.05),农村学生的人际关系和精神病性两因子高于城镇学生(P<0.05)。结论生活、学习环境的改变及生源性别、城乡差异为产生学生心理问题的重要原因。应采用相应对策加强心理干预,以提高本院医学高职学生的心理健康水平。

Analysis on mental health status among new medical polytechnic students

Objective To know the mental health status among new students in medical technique school in order to provide the theoretical basis formental health education implemented by the related departments in the school.Methods Tests were conducted with the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) in 580 new students in medical technique school and compared with domestic younger and college student norms.Comparison was made between different genders and different places where the students came.Results(1) The factor scores of obsessive compulsive,phobia were significantly higher(p<0.01) and psychoticism were higher(p<0.05)among new students in polytechnic school than the domestic younger norms.(2)The factor scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility and paranoia were lower than the norms(p<0.01).(3)Except phobia all other factor scores of SCL-90 were lower among new students than the college student norms(p<0.01).(4) There were no significant differences in the mental health status between sexes.The factor scores of anxiety,depression and phobia were higher in female polytechnic students than in male students(p<0.05).(5)The mental health status among students from town was obviously better than the students from countryside(p<0.05),and the factor scores of interpersonal sensitivity and psychoticism were higher in the students from town than in the students from the countryside(p<0.05).Conclusions Change of environment,genders and the difference between town and rural place are the important reasons of the mental problems among the students.Corresponding strategy should be used to do psychological intervention in order to improve the mental health level of polytechnic students in schools.
