超声对乳腺浸润性小叶癌的诊断价值

目的 探讨超声在诊断乳腺浸润性小叶癌中的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的145例乳腺癌患者,其中包括89例浸润性导管癌(IDC)与56例浸润性小叶癌 (ILC),对两者的声像图表现及肿瘤内部血流状况进行对比分析研究.结果 在肿瘤形态、边界、后方回声方面两组间比较有显著差异(P<0.01).结论 组织学的不同明显影响乳腺癌的超声影像改变.超声对ILC具有较高的诊断价值 ,可弥补钼靶X线摄影的不足.

The value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of invasive lobular breast cancer

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of invasive lobular breast cancer. Methods One hundred and forty five breast cancer patients confirmed by pathology, including 89 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) and 56 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC), were retrospectively analyzed, and the sonogram and blood flow were comparatively analyzed. Results Shapes, margins and posterior echo features showed significant differences between ILC and IDC (P<0.01). Conclusion Histological differentiation of breast carcinomas influences the sonographic characteristics. Ultrasound is highly valuable in the diagnosis of invasive lobular breast cancer and can remedy the deficiency of mammography.
