| 摘 要： | 目的 研究新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床表现及治疗方法。方法 回顾分析 2 5 7例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的病因、临床特点及治疗方法。结果 胎儿出生前和出生时窒息是导致新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的主要原因。结论 重视预防宫内窒息、早期诊断和早期正确治疗是极其重要的

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical features and treatments of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods Retrospecting to pathogenies,clinical features and treatments of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy from 1999 to June,2003.Results Asphyxiation before or during bearing is the main cause for hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in neonates.Conclusion It is very importance to prevent the asphyxiation before or during bearing,to diagnose early and to treat early on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. |
