高血压脑出血术后再出血28例临床分析

目的探讨高血压脑出血术后再出血原因及防治措施。方法回顾性总结我院2001年1月～2007年12月所处理28例高血压脑出血术后再出血的临床资料。结果本组28例中，再次手术22例，非手术治疗3例，放弃治疗3例，存活23例，死亡2例。结论避免血压剧烈波动和术中注意对出血责任动脉牢靠地电凝止血可减少再出血，及时手术可最大可能挽救患者生命。

Clinical analysis of 28 cases rebleeding after craniotomy for evacuation of hypertensive cerebral hematoma

Objective To analysis the reason, preventive and cure＇s management of rebleeding after craniotomy for evacuation of hypertensive cerebral hematoma. Methods Reviewed clinical data of 28 patients with rebleeding after craniotomy for evacuation of hypertensive cerebral hematoma from Jan,2001 to Dec, 2007. Results Among 28 patients, 22 cases re-operation curing, 3 cases not operation curing 3 eases abandoned,23 cases lived,2 eases died. Conclusion The incidence of rebleeding can be reduced if avoiding blood-pressure intense change and the bleeding arteries responsible for the hematoma are coagulated reliably with bipolar coagulator, quieldy aperate again can maxima rescue patients.
