| 摘 要： | 口腔鳞状细胞癌（OSCC）是口腔最常见的上皮源性恶性肿瘤，其中大多数是由15／腔黏膜癌前病变发展而来。细胞角蛋白（CK）是上皮细胞特征性标记物，CK19在OSCC的发生、发展和转移中出现了异常表达。本文综述OS-CC中CK19研究进展。

| Abstract: | Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) is the most familiar malignancy which comes from epidermis in oral cavity and most of them develop from precancerous lesion of oral mucous membrane.Cytokeratin(CK) is the characteristic markers of epithelial cells.CK19 will present abnormal expression in the arising,growing and transfer of OSCC.This article summarizes the research progress of CK19 in OSCC. |
