| 摘 要： | １９９０～１９９１年采集北京市区中学教师金血及头发各２０７份，突然死亡成人心、肝、脾、肺、肾及肌肉５８份样品。采用人发（ＧＢＷ１９１０１）及小牛肝（ＳＲＭ１５７７）为标准参考物质，用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪（ＰＥ－５１００）测试上述样品的含铬量。讨论了人体体液、组织及脏器铬参照值及其意义，初步评价北京成人铬的营养状态．

| Abstract: | he values of chromium of 207 specimens of blood and hair collectedfrom the middle school teachers in Beijing,and of 58 specimens of heart,liver,splecnlung,kidney and muscle collected from adult autopsies ofaccidental death were analysed.Human hair(GBW 19101)and bovineliver(SRM 1577)were used as standard reference materials,The chromi-um content of the specimens mentioned above were measured by AAS(PE5100)with graphite furnace.The r eference values of chromium in humanblood,hair and organs were discussed.The nutritional state of chromiumin Beijing adults was evaluated。 |
