食物中维生素C的流动注射分析法

摘    要:本文介绍了测定食物样品中维生素C(VC)的一种自动分析方法一流动注射分析法。用本方法测定了一些蔬菜和水果样品中VC的含量。结果表明,VC的标准溶液的直线回归方程为:Y=一0.004+l,535×l0-6x(r=0.9995)。本方法线性好,线性范围在0.0227~0.227mmol/L之间,最低检出量为0.08μg。以标准参考物测定的回收率在90%~110%之间,变异系数<10%;本方法测定结果与标准荧光法进行了比较,结果一致。本方法系自动化测定方法,操作简便,适用于测定食物中的VC。

Abstract:flow injection system has been introduced to automate the analysis oftotal vitamin C(VC)in foods.The VC contents of vegetables and fruitswere determined.The results were comparable with those from a standardfluorometric method.The regression equation of calibration curve was Y=一0.004+ 1.535x,r=0.9995.A good linear relation was obtained in therange of 0.0227一0.227mmol/L.The absolute detection limit was 0.08μg.Therecoveries were 91%一110%,The coefficient of variation was<10%,Thismethod was automatic and the procedure wa:simple and suitable for deter-mination of VC in foods.
