魔芋精粉对大鼠钙磷代谢和骨骼的影响

摘    要:本文用含1%魔芋精粉的饲料喂饲大鼠18个月,观察魔芋精粉对钙磷代谢和骨骼的影响。结果表明,食用魔芋精粉组与对照组的血清钙磷含量、股骨重和骨钙磷含量以及骨形态计量参数(骨小梁体积、骨小梁周长、类骨质周长、类骨质表面、骨皮质厚度),两组间均无显著性差异。以上结果说明大鼠长期摄入含1%的魔芋精粉饲料,对钙磷代谢及骨骼未见不良影响。

Abstract:alcium and phosphorus metabolism and the effect on bone were ob一served in rats fed on a feed containing l%of refined konjac meal(RKM)for l8 months.The results indicated that all the parameters(such as,serum calcium and phosphorus level,femur weight and its calcium andphosphorus content,and the osteometry of the tibia)measure were of nosignificant difference between the experimental and the control groups.That was to say there were no adverse-effects on calcium and phosphorusmetabolism as well as bone after a long term intake of the RKM at a do一sage for health care.
