镜面舌与真菌感染的相关性探讨

目的:通过舌诊探讨口腔真菌感染规律,以便早期诊断、早期治疗。方法:将108例镜面舌患者收集入组,应用蘸有生理盐水的无菌棉棒刮取舌面分泌物进行一般培养、厌氧菌培养、真菌培养,连续培养3次后将其培养结果进行记录分析;同时询问并检查应用抗生素情况。结果:108例镜面舌患者中102例检出真菌,检出率为94.44%;其中白假丝酵母菌38例(占37.25%),光滑丝酵母菌22例(占21.57%),白色念珠菌18例(17.65%),热带假丝酵母12例(占11.76%),克柔5例(4.90%),其他真菌感染7例(占6.86%);102例病人中,94例近期或者既往应用过抗生素,其中以头孢类、喹诺酮类抗生素为主。结论:镜面舌患者真菌感染比例较高,其中以白假丝酵母菌和光滑丝酵母菌为主,大多有应用抗生素史。

Correlation of Mirror Tongue and Fungal Infections

Objective:To discuss the rule of oral fungal infection through tongue diagnosis for early diagnosis and treatment.
