| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨多排螺旋CT对超急性期脑梗死的诊断及其应用价值.方法：搜集2013-01-01～2013-12-01期间超急性期脑梗死病例20例,采用16排CT颅脑1mm螺旋扫描,24～48h后16排CT复查.结果：CT图像均可见局部脑肿胀征、脑实质密度降低征,其中2例可见脑动脉密度增高征.结论：根据CT征象结合临床症状能及时准确对超急性期脑梗死作出诊断,并对及时救治起到重要作用.且CT扫描仍是当前检测和诊断脑梗死的一种最简便实用的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore more row spiral CT in the diagnosis of super acute period of cerebral infarction and its application value. Materials and methods Collection of Collected during 2013 -01 -01 - 2013 - 12 -O1 super of 20 patients with acute cerebral infarction cases with 16 row CT cerebral 1 mm spiral scanning, 24 - 48 h after 16 row CT check. Results： CT images are visible lo- cal brain swelling, parenchymal density lower, including 2 cases of cerebral artery density increased. Conclusion： According to CT signs combined with clinical symptoms can be timely and accurate in super acute phase of cerebral infarction diagnosis, and treatment play an important role in a timely manner. And a CT scan is still the current detection and diagnosis of cerebral infarction, one of the most simple and practical method. |
