护理干预对老年中风患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨护理干预对老年中风患者生活质量的影响。方法将2009年1月-2011年1月入本院治疗的72例老年中风患者随机分为干预组和对照组两组,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上采取护理干预,比较两组患者的ADL评分和并发症发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者的ADL评分差异无统计学意义;护理干预后2周、3个月、6个月,干预组的ADL评分均显著高于对照组;干预组的并发症发生率为13.89%,显著低于对照组36.1%(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对改善老年中风患者的生活质量具有重要意义。

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Stroke

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life for elderly patients with stroke. Methods Seventy-two elderly patients with stroke hospitalized in General Hospital of Chengdu Military Region from Janua- ry 2009 to January 2011 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The patients of control group were received conventional care, while the patients of intervention group were given nursing intervention on the basis of the routine care. ADL scores and the incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before the treatment, no statistically significant difference was found in ADL scores between the two groups. After 2 weeks, 3 months and 6 months of nursing intervention, ADL score of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group. The incidence rate of complications in intervention group was 13.89%-, which was significantly lower than that of control group （36.1%） （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention plays an important role in improving the quality of life of elderly stroke patients.
