丙种球蛋白联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿麻疹合并肺炎疗效观察

目的观察丙种球蛋白联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿麻疹合并肺炎的临床疗效。方法将86例麻疹合并肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予丙种球蛋白治疗,治疗组给予丙种球蛋白与痰热清注射液联合治疗。结果治愈率治疗组为93.0%,对照组为65.1%;总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为90.7%;在控制主要症状、体征上,治疗组明显短于对照组,治疗效果治疗组优于对照组。结论丙种球蛋白联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿麻疹合并肺炎,可以提高疗效。

Therapeutic Effect of Intravenous Immunoglobulin and Tanreqing Injection on Measles Complicated with Pneumonia in Children

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG) and tanreqing injection on measles complicated with pneumonia in children. Methods Eighty-six children with measles and pneumonia were randomly divided into therapy group and control group.On the basis of routine treatment,the patients of control group were received IVIG,while the patients of therapy group were given IVIG and Tanreqing injection. Results The curative rates of therapy group and control group were 93.0% and 65.1%,respectively.The total effective rate of therapy group and control group were 100% and 90.7%,respectively.The patients’ main symptoms and physical signs relief in therapy group was better than that of control group.Therapeutic Effect of therapy group was superior to that of control group. Conclusions IVIG combined with Tanreqing injection can improve the clinical efficacy in treatment of children with measles and pneumonia.
