| 摘 要： | 妇幼卫生服务利用的研究是评价妇女、儿童卫生服务、社会及经济效益的常用手段。为了全面了解我国城乡妇幼卫生服务利用现状，系统评价我国妇幼卫生服务过程，在全国十二省（自治区）共１２个县，五个地级市进行了抽样调查，共调查０一未满７岁儿童８７０９人（农村）和２３９４人（城市），１５岁及以上妇女１６８６５人（农村）和７９２０人（城市）。本文通过对妇幼卫生服务利用的社会经济、地理、文化等方面的影响因素进行分析探讨，并在不同水平进行比较建立相应统计模型，据此提出有关建议和对策。

| Abstract: | The study on maternal and child health service utilization is common method in evaluating the social and economical benifit of maternal and child health service.We sam pled l2 counties and 5 cities from l2 provinces, 11103 children under 7 years of age(8709 from rural,2394 from urban)were investigated. Influencing factors,such as social,eco nomic and cultural, etc, were analysed. On the base, some proposal were put forward. |
