金纳多治疗急性脑梗死的临床有效性和安全性评价

目的观察金纳多注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法选择发病在 7 d 以内的急性脑梗死患者68例,给予金纳多注射液 20 ml 加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水 250 ml 中静脉点滴,共用3周.结果轻型40例,显效率 62.5%,有效率95%,治疗前后神经功能缺损评分P＜0.01.中型23例,显效率 39.1%,有效率 73.9%,治疗前后神经功能缺损评分P＜0.05.重型5例,显效1/5,有效2/5,治疗前后神经功能缺损评分P＞0.05,总有效率 85.3%.结论金纳多注射液是治疗急性脑梗死的有效药物,特别适用于轻、中型患者.

Clinical observation of effect of ginaton in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction

AIM: To observe the clini cal effect of ginaton in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. METHODS: 68 cases of acute cerebral infarction within 7 days of onset accepted three weeks ginaton therapy. 20 ml of ginaton injection was added to 5% 250 ml glucose solution or 250ml normal saline solution for intravenous d rip. RESULTS: Among 40 mild cases, the significant effective rat e was 62.5 %, and the score effective rate was 95%. The neural function defec tive between pre-treatment and post-treatment showed a high significant differ ence (P< 0.01 ). Among 23 middle cases, the significant effect ive rate was 39.1 %, effective rate was 73.9 %, and the neural function de fective score between pre-treatment and post-treatment showed significant diff erence (P< 0.05 ). In 5 severe cases, 1 case was significant e ffective, 2 cases were effective, and the neural function defective score betwee n pre-treatment and post-treatment was no significant difference. The total ef fective rat was 85.3%. CONCLUSIONS: Ginaton injection is effective agent for tre ating acute cerebral infarction, especially mild cases.
