| 摘 要： | 目的观察和评价内痔注射结扎外痔修剪治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将300例环状混合痔患者随机分为两组，治疗组（155例）采用内痔注射结扎外痔修剪法，对照组（145例）采用常规外剥内扎硬注术治疗法。并对临床资料进行分析总结。结果两组疗效比较，无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。治疗组在术后疼痛、出血、肛门感觉性失禁、肛门狭窄、术后复发等并发症方面明显少于对照组。结论内痔注射结扎外痔修剪治疗环状混合痔安全有效、术后痛苦少、损伤小、无后遗症及并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of external pruning and internal ligation and injection in treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Three hundred patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group （n=165） underwent the procedure of external pruning and internal ligation and injection, the control group （n=145） underwent the procedure of external incision and internal ligation and injection. Results The curative effect was similar in two groups. The treatment groups experienced less postoperative pain, bleeding and fewer complications such as anal stricture, sensory fecal incontinence and relapse than the control group. Conclusion External pruning and internal ligation and injection is a safe and effective method for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. |
