乳腺癌组织FasL的表达及其预后意义

目的 探讨乳腺癌组织FasL 的表达情况及其与预后的关系。方法 对53 例手术切除的乳腺癌标本和20例癌旁正常乳腺组织进行FasL免疫组化染色及定量评分。分析其表达情况与患者年龄、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、临床分期、术后无瘤生存期等临床病理特征的关系。结果 乳腺癌FasL 表达显著高于癌旁正常乳腺组织，其表达与乳腺癌TNM 分期显著相关（P＝0.001)，而与淋巴结转移、原发肿块大小、发病年龄、C-erbB-2 无关。FasL 高表达与低、未表达组的平均无瘤生存期分别为43个月和64个月（P＝0.0059）。多因素分析表明，FasL、临床分期、C-erbB -2是预后的独立因素。结论 FasL可能与乳腺癌的发生发展有密切关系，FasL表达水平检测可用于预测乳腺癌患者预后。

Expression of FasL and its prognostic significance in breast carcinoma

Objective To investigate the exprssion of FasL in breast carcinoma and its prognostic significance.Methods The expression of FasL was detected in paraffin-embedded tissues from 53 cases of breast carcinoma and 20 normal breast tissues adajacent to the carcinoma by immunohistochemical staining.Its relationships to clinical stage,age,tumor size,lymphnode metastasis,disease-free survival time were analyzed.Results The expression of FasL in the breast carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the normal breast tissues.The expression of FasL showed significant correlation with the TNM stage（P=0.001） and no correlation with age,tumor size,lymphnode metastasis and C-erbB-2.The mean disease-free survival of the group with high FasL expression and the group with low or none FasL expression was 43 months and 64 months（P=0.0059）.It was revealed by the multivariate analysis that FasL,clinical stage and C-erbB-2 were the independent prognostic factors.Conclusion FasL is probably closely correlated to the genesis and development of breast carcinoma.The expression of FasL may predict the prognosis in breast carcinoma patients.
